What do I need to sign up for CTV?

Two(2) valid ID cards

If you are renting, signed permission letter from landlord, along with copy of landlord's ID and telephone number

If you own the property, proof of address

Bring these to our High Street branch between Mon-Fri 8AM - 4PM

How To Register and Pay Online
Welcome to our new Online Payment Service! You can now view your CTV bill online and make payments by doing the following:

Click on the 'MyAccount' button at the top of the page

Click 'REGISTER FOR THE FIRST TIME' under the Subscriber Login/ Registration tab.

Fill out the short form, including a password to be used when logging in, email address and contact number associated with your CTV account

My Broadband Account will allow you to quickly and easily pay for bills, update your customer information such as telephone numbers, change your PIN, view past and current bills and more!

To make a payment on your account:

Select 'Make A Payment' button under the billing

Fill in the amount you would like to pay along with your debit/credit card information

Click 'Submit'

Once the payment has been processed you will receive an email with your payment details.
